There were flash flood warnings tonight, and we got a beautiful sunset.

It's been a great few days for watching the skies, both in Park Slope (above) and Manhattan (below).
I picked up a copy of Gavin Pretor-Pinney's The Cloudspotter's Guide at Powerhouse Books
yesterday to try and make sense of it all.
