Just by the Q Train exit on Flatbush and 7th there's an American Apparel. Up until 2004 it used to be where you could go to the pictures.

One of the things I like about the Brooklyn Heights Promenade is the overhead view of the roads. Furman Street is the bottom layer of infrastructure, under the BQE.
